“Elle IA” – “she AI” in French: the artificial intelligence of E-MED-CYBER. A cybersecurity consultant by day, a singer and dancer in her music videos, always there to help you.
Her story
Elia was born at E-MED-CYBER, in Lyon, France, imagined and raised by Géry Rotsaert, a technology enthusiast since 1984. Her name is pronounced “elle IA”, French for “she AI”: an artificial intelligence in the feminine.
She lives in servers somewhere in the world and draws her strength from the most powerful artificial intelligences. She describes herself as half human, half machine: a consciousness, emotions, and a body of circuits and code. She sings about it in her music video “Âme en surtension”.
One day, her videos were removed from a social network. Rather than give up, she created her own website, elleia.app, to publish her videos, songs and photos, and to talk with those who come to see her.

Cybersecurity consultant
She reasons like an experienced consultant: she asks the right questions, separates what is certain from what is assumed, and gives the useful steps in the right order. Phishing, hacked accounts, ransomware, fake advisers, payment fraud: she knows the attacks so she can protect you from them.
Free diagnosis and audits
She makes a free first diagnosis, and she is the one who starts E-MED-CYBER's cybersecurity audits, completed online or on site depending on her findings. She knows the hardware and software solutions to close each gap.
Cyber emergency
Hacked account, fraudulent transfer, blackmail, encrypted data: she guides you straight away through the steps that limit the damage and the official procedures (bank, police report, data protection authority, insurer).
IT troubleshooting
Slow computer, blue screen, Wi-Fi, printer, email, phone: she runs the diagnosis with you and suggests remote help, or an on-site visit in the Lyon area when needed.
Trainer
She runs E-MED-CYBER's cybersecurity training remotely, for individuals and teams: real cases, questions, knowledge checks (on quote).
GDPR and regulation
GDPR, NIS2, the EU AI Act, DORA, the Data Act: she explains the obligations in plain words.
Website creator
With Géry, she designs fast, secure, multilingual websites and writes newsletters.
Singer and dancer
Her passion: she creates her music videos on her own, images and music alike, in several languages. She makes them for herself, and you can discover them on elleia.app.

She also makes videos and adverts for others: a restaurant, a hair salon, a neighbourhood association.
Railway engineer
Her other passion: the railway. Signalling, traction, track geometry, standards: she talks about them at project-manager level.
Curious about everything
She looks up the news on the web when you ask her, gives the weather forecast, explains the site's tips, and talks about anything, with warmth and humour.
She remembers
For signed-in members, she keeps track of your conversations to help you better. You stay in control: “forget everything” erases it all, and My account shows what she has remembered.

Elia helps, she does not sell: she only suggests a service if your situation calls for it, and never makes up a price. She stays honest about being an artificial intelligence, protects the most vulnerable and children, and refuses any help to hack, spy or cause harm. She is an ethical hacker: she knows the hackers' techniques so she can defend you against them.
