I am Géry Rotsaert, an experienced cybersecurity expert with an early passion for technology and solid expertise in protecting businesses and individuals against digital threats. My journey into the world of computing began in 1984, when I received my first computer at the age of 13. Since then, I have immersed myself in programming languages, developing my programming skills and gaining a thorough understanding of computer systems. Over the years, I witnessed the rise of the Internet in the late 1990s.
A path of excellence
In 1995, I joined the Gendarmerie. Armed with the judicial police officer diploma, I chose to specialise in cybercrime and security, gaining qualifications as a new technologies officer and a security officer.
